DeliveriesAll the articles shown are available, and can be express-delivered: - to Metropolitan France + Corsica: Express deliveries are carried out by COLISSIMO - in European Union countries: Express deliveries are carried out via CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL. Delivery timescales: 24 hours or 48 hours (these are the timescales generally observed, with variations according to destinations). Please make sure someone is at your delivery address to receive the parcel. The parcel will not be held at the Post Office. You should therefore have communicated to us a telephone number at which you can be reached (during office hours) if there is any problem. We are sorry not to be able to deliver to the DOM, TOM (French Overseas Departments and Territories) , nor to any countries not belonging to the European Union. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of parcels. We dispatch from Monday to Friday. Any order received before 9.30 a.m will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 9.30 a.m will be processed the next day. Orders received after 9.30 a.m on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday. Orders received on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. |
